What is a Primary Caller ID and how do I set it up?

A Primary Caller ID is a Verified Caller ID that is setup to show in the recipient's Caller ID screen instead of the Verified Smartphone (i.e. smartphone with number set as Phonevite Verified Caller ID) that dials into the Phonevite To Go Number.

The Primary Caller ID is useful when you want to call in to the Phonevite To Go Number from your Verified Smartphone to reach one of your Phonevite To Go Phone Groups but you don't want your smartphone's Caller ID to show up on the recipient's screen. Instead, you can setup the office/organization's number as the Primary Caller ID and that number will be the one showing up on the recipient's screen instead.

To setup a Verified Caller ID as a Primary Caller ID simply go to your My Caller ID page (by clicking from the drop down menu when you click on the person icon on the top right), and click on Set Primary for the Verified Caller ID that you want to set up as the Primary Caller ID.
