Can I cancel a Phonevite that has been Scheduled or that is In Progress?

Yes.

A scheduled Phonevite broadcast can be canceled at any time prior to the start of the Phonevite. An "In Progress" Phonevite can also be canceled, but only calls that have not completed yet will be canceled in that case.
