Call recipients of mine accidentally pressed “5” during my call and no longer receive my calls. How can they start receiving my calls again?

By pressing the number “5” during your call, the recipients placed themselves on your Do-Not-Call (“DNC”) list, which means that they opted out of receiving any future calls from you. As we understand this can happen by mistake, or people can change their minds, we’ve made it easy for Phonevite users to manage contacts on their DNC list. In order for the blocked call recipients to start receiving your calls again, go to your Do-Not-Call list page under the Phone Book on your account, find the blocked call recipients that you want to unblock, and then remove them from the DNC list. Once they are removed from your DNC list, make sure that they are included in your Contact Recipients list for your next call and they will receive your call(s) again.
