How does the Call-In Recorder work?
The Call-In Recorder allows you to call in to our recording server system to record your message instead of receiving a Call-Back to record the message. To access it, click on Other Recorders and click on Call-In Recorder:
Then, simply, call the number on the screen from one of your Verified Caller IDs (so that the server can identify your account), and follow the prompts to record, review and save the message.
After you are done recording, go back to the Send Phonevite page and you will see your most recent recording named with a date and time stamp (e.g. 20Jun0933am).
You can then change the name of the recording by clicking on the pencil icon next to the recording or delete the recording by clicking on the red x icon.
You can play the recording by simply clicking on the play button.
