I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

From the Phonevite.com homepage. Click on "Forgot password?" in the login box in the home page (if you don't see it, that means that your are already logged in):

You will then be prompted to enter your email address and verified phone number:

You will then receive an email with a link to the Password Reset page, where you can enter and confirm your email address and new password:


If you do not receive a Password Reset email immediately, or soon thereafter, please check in your email spam folders. If you still have not received your Password Reset or have any other questions or concerns, please contact customer support at support@phonevite.com.
