I’m not receiving a call from the Phonevite system when trying to record a message using the Call-Back Recorder. What can I do?

If you are not receiving the call from the Phonevite Call-Back Recorder, it may be due to call filtering from your phone carrier, phone device or call screening service, or due to a poor signal. It can also be due to a wrong number being entered. 

You can always use our online web recorder via your computer or mobile phone. On your phone, login to your Phonevite account and then go to the New Web Recording page. From here, turn on your microphone, click the red dot, and then record your message as you usually would. Once you are done recording, enter a title and then save your message to your account. The message will appear in your Messages box on the Send Phonevite page.

In addition, you can also record a messagefrom your phone by calling into our Call-in Recorder  (click on “Other Recorders” and “Call-In Recorder”). Instead of receiving a call from our system, call our 877-777-2353 number from your verified Caller ID phone number and follow the recording instructions.
