Why is the recording upload failing?
Due to a new security upgrade to our web site, sound files with meta data in them cannot be uploaded to our site.
We suggeest removing the meta data from the sound file before you save and upload the file.
You can also try saving the file in another format (eg. wav file without any metadata) using an external audio recording program.
You can also use our phone or web recorder to record and save the message.
