Why is my recording choppy?

The recording can be choppy due to many possible reasons:

- computer mic/connection issue

- internet connection issue

- wireless signal issue (in the case of cellular phone)

- phone connection issue

We suggest that you try again later or to use one of our  alternate recorders (such as our Web Recorder, the Call-Back or Call-In recorder).
