I am having trouble adding / verifying my Caller ID.

The trouble with the Caller ID verification is typically due to a temporary connection issue (e.g. bad signal, latency with touchtone). You could either try again later or use our alternate manual Caller ID verification, which takes a little longer. Here are the steps:

1. Call us at 408-946-9700 (from the number you want to add as a Verified Caller ID) and leave a voicemail asking us to add the number you are calling from to your Phonevite account, and please specify the email ID on your account.
2. To verify the request, and to make sure that we have the correct email ID for the account, send us a request from the email address associated with your Phonevite account confirming the addition of the Verified Caller ID, specifying the phone number. 

We will then use these requests and information to manually add/verify the Caller ID/s to your Phonevite account.
