Calling the To Go Number but not connecting. Is it down?
If you are calling our To Go number and it is not connecting with a busy signal or you get a message that says "line busy, try again later" (or, similar message) it could be one of the following:
- the To Go number is being called from a Caller ID that has not been previously verified or that has expired (for security, we require that every Caller ID be verified at least once a year).
- the To Go number/network is temporarily down. Please email us immediately to support@phonevite.com with the To Go number that you are having trouble with.
