Why is my purchase not showing up on my account?
For the safety of your account and of the Phonevite service, we sometimes take a little longer to review and approve your transaction. If we deem the transaction safe, the amount of your purchase will be added within a few hours. In some cases, we may request additional information about you and your organization prior to the transaction approval and adding of the funds to your Phonevite account. If we don't hear back, the transaction will be canceled and your credit card will not be charged (or your Paypal account will be refunded in the case of a Paypal payment).
Phonevite reserves the right to close any accounts that it deems questionable.
