We do not condone the sending of unsolicited/undesired calls using our service.

We have made it easy to register on our web-based  Do Not Call Registry and we also provide an opt-out prompt at the end of every Phonevite broadcast call that is answered by a live person. It is the subscriber/sender's responsibility to be familiar and to comply with our Terms of Service and any Federal and State Laws related to telephone broadcasts.
